A fragrant, fall-blooming native clematis smothered with pure white, fragrant flowers August - October. Native to eastern North America, a vigorous, deciduous, twining vine. Attractive, plume-like seed heads follow in winter.
Easily grown in average, medium to wet, well-drained soils in full - part sun, will thrive and bloom in considerable shade. Can grow to be 20 feet tall / long with support along a fence or trellis.
